Kayce has over 20 years of experience in the industry. During this time, Kayce gained experience through both educational studies and involvement in hands-on, practical applications. While attending school at The Citadel, he worked full-time in the construction industry. He began as an electrical helper and worked his way up to an electrical project manager/estimator. He was responsible for a variety of commercial and industrial electrical projects, from general maintenance and repair, to remodeling existing facilities as well as new construction. Upon obtaining his electrical engineering degree from The Citadel, he further advanced his knowledge in the engineering design field. He has provided integrated electrical building systems designs for a variety of clients across the federal/state government, municipality, healthcare, higher education, and commercial market sectors.
